Jaguar is planning to launch its new open top sportcar, the F-Type.

F-TYPE is designed to deliver pure driving pleasure greater power performance and even greater levels of dynamic ability and control and an increased range of sophisticated driving technologies.
Supercharged engines, lightweight aluminium body construction and advanced driving technologies deliver an experience that is intuitive, instinctive and alive.

It is available at three variant- R, R-S or R-S GT models

The standard F-Type comes with a supercharged 3.0 V6 engine. It puts out 335bhp and reach the speed of 100kph in a 5.3 seconds. The S model puts out a substantially higher 375bhp and there’s even a ‘mad hatter’ V8 S that puts out 488bhp. 0-100kph in the V8 S takes just 4.3 seconds.In India it available in two variants, the supercharged V6 S and a supercharged V8 S with prices expected to be in the range of Rs 1.3-1.5 crore
